I have extensive experience in the online marketing world specializing in the areas of client services and account retention & growth. I have worked for many top companies in the digital world including Yahoo!, Epsilon, & Adobe. I  have also had the pleasure of working with some of the top automotive brands; Volkswagen, Audi, and BMW NA in a marketing capacity. Throughout my career, I have learned that listening, educating, and getting curious are the best ways to maintain fruitful relationships and promote trust.
 
My approach centers around providing insightful strategic insights into clients' campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. I focus on helping the client exceed goals in a timely and efficient manner. I'm a firm believer of the power of relationships and leveraging the expertise of all team members (both internal and external) to get the job done quickly and above expectations. • Develop call and in-person meeting cycle for existing accounts to discuss usage, options, and renewals.
• Identify opportunities within my client’s marketing and communication strategy that can be improved via incremental investments in StrongView products and services.

Account Manager - BMW NA, CRM
Manage and facilitate cross functional multi-channel project management that includes email delivery, print and mail production, and web development collaboratively with operations, outside fulfillment vendors, and agency partners.

• Develop/review/approve schedules and assignments for multi-channel marketing output with input from agencies and operations partners.
• Proactively manage/consult cross-team activities, make actionable recommendations to improve marketing production activities and work with constituents (client and external vendors) to maintain delivery schedule.
